Abstract
In this article author analyses the peculiarities of pedagogic interaction of teacher and student in higher educational institution. It is noticed that pedagogic ethics, which characterizes the personal dimension of morality and instytutionality of ethical standartization in education, plays the vital role in this process. It is analyzed the result of students' enquiry "Teacher as viewed by students" and defines two the most important areas in the system "teacher-student", they are the behavior in the course of organizing and conducting the educational process; evaluation and control of students' knowledge. It is proved the main ethical priciples (norms), which can orientate the teacher while choosing the type of behavior in different situations of communication with students in the process of education and in evaluating their knowledge.
