Abstract

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of "Leadership position" of the teacher. It is proved that the expression of leadership position of the teacher helps to create such conditions in the educational environment which conducive to development, self-development and the implementation of the student as a person and professional. The person’s leadership position is complex, relatively stable and dynamic personality formation which is characterized by a certain system of attitudes to the people and to himself in the complexity of social relations. The concept of "Leadership Position" analyzed on two levels: external and internal. Externally, it is manifested in leadership behaviors and activities. Internally, it is a system of active life position, readiness to make decisions and take responsibility.
