Abstract
The article discusses approaches to modeling the process of forming self-educational competence of professionals. Reveals the essential characteristics of the concepts of "model", "design". The basic units (target, content, diagnostic and effective) model of self-educational competence of future specialist and interdependence "bandages between them. Presentation of the contents of self-educational competence of personality, motivation, values, cognitive-reflective, organization and activity. Author determined competency, system, person -oriented, activity, synergistic approaches, compliance with which updates achieve a positive result in the formation of self-educational competence. determined didactic principles guiding the educational process to succeed (and systematic sequence problematic, individualization, interdependence "connection of theoretical knowledge and practical activities, professional orientation self education. presented course "self-educational competence of the individual: the nature, especially the formation". Made emphasis on the development of information and educational environment as the pivotal factor in the formation of individual self education.
