Abstract

The article examines the importance and benefits subject - subject approach to teaching process, particularly in preschool education. The theoretical essence of subjects - subject of relations between the participants of the educational process as psychological and educational categories. Zaktsentovano focus on identifying characteristics of the subject - subject interaction in the development of creative abilities and creative activity of students in the creative process; on the subject - subjective approach, which is one of the key components of effective interaction partners of communication, it implies mutual and fruitful development of personality traits as a preschooler and teacher during their communication and collaborative creativity. The main components of operational readiness of preschool teaching staff of educational institutions to the subject - subject relationship.
