Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of philosophy studies the cultural space of the modern university, the trends of change in the period of globalization and the information revolution and the establishment of market-democratic relations. The author defines the concept of "cultural space of the university" and its structure was studied leading cultural space values of the modern university in a democratic society. To the cultural field components attributed University education and science as an integral part of the future to be drawn personality structure of the subject of professional and socio-cultural activities; educational work, which can provide a real alternative to the spontaneous education of youth in modern mass society; obrazotvorcho- aesthetic activity throughout its manifold dimensions; University international activities aimed at establishing links between culture-youth from different countries and continents; recreational activities, creating organizational, value-formal, content-aesthetic, cultural and recreational entertainment content environment of students with the aim of harmonious cultural, communicative and existential, spiritual, aesthetic, energy-willed and athletic development.
