Abstract
On the basis of the archived sources and historical-pedagogical literature the authors of the article had the opportunity to analyse cooperation of educational principles in direction of education of adults on the modern stage. ХХI century pulls out for an adult new requirements and new vectors of development of social public activity in the quick-changing world. But studies and labour of the adult remain a basic factor that accelerates the development of a person and forms her vital position. Exactly the continuous process of studies of the adult provides his individual development and process of his self-education and and self-perfection.
