Abstract
Working curriculum course "Pedagogy and psychology of higher school" concluded according to the requirements of credit-modular system of training. The program determines the volume of training material that has to learn master according to educational qualification characteristics, general, professional and special competencies necessary methodological provision of technology and evaluation of educational achievements of students. Course objective - to reveal patterns of education, learning and development of creative potential of students, its research and training in accordance with national and European standards and the needs of society; patterns of mental functioning student as a subject of educational and professional activities and the specific scientific and educational activities of the teacher, to determine the features of scientific - pedagogical activity of the teacher of high school.
