Abstract

Current transformation processes which are taking place in the development of Ukrainian society and is indicated by globalization and informatization in various spheres of human activity, by intensification of the integration and internationalization of Ukraine into the world economic and political, socio-cultural and educational dimensions. In this regard, the strategy of higher education development is fundamentally changing where the training of preschool teachers’ education in accordance with new international standards and demands, mastering not only highly specialized knowledge, but also their reflection, adaptation to complex dynamic conditions of modern reality a priority aim. In the context of the mentioned process the European experience of the pre-school sector specialists training is of highly actualized. The complexity of the qualitative study of the problem of preschool teachers training in Western Europe, the search of the effective mechanism of comparative characteristics of separate educational phenomena and the development of functional modernized model of professional training of pre-school sector in Ukraine with European experience, is firstly provokes the necessity for justification of methodological approaches the problem study of preschool teachers training in Western Europe. Several groups of the approaches are distinguished. They are as follows: 1. Basic approaches through which ensured quality of research objectives in terms of methodology and justification of methods of comparative educational studies - dialectical, system-integrated, system-historical, synergic. 2. Group paradigmatic approaches - cultural, axiological, paradigm, competence and acmeological, which are based on concepts and theories that determine the processes of development, reform and modernization of higher education in society. 3. Instrumental approach - comparative (comparative) hermeneutic, parametric, interval, and thesaurus, narrative. The analysis of approaches to analyzing the preschool teachers training in western Europe at the present stage of development of the theory of comparative studies a wide variety of methodological approaches that are characterized by reasonableness and adequacy, determined by a high degree of consistency, which is an important factor that affects the results of research work and allow you to get the most complete and objective information about the subject.
