Abstract
Humanistic approach (Humanistic teacher education) acquired the status of a global educational paradigm that creates conditions for the development of learner-oriented models and technology education and training that is relevant to the conditions of modern education degree. The humanistic approach to training preschool teachers consider learning process based on human needs; the approach education can not be of high quality if any of the two components of cognitive or emotional does not occur in the process of learning.
