In this article the author defines subjectivity and the subject position of the future teacher, called the personal and professional qualities that have content of its subjectivity. The author justified position on the need for individual development trajectory for each student to form his subjective position, which takes place in several stages: the autonomous action; interaction of the object; the subject of the subjectobject interaction; entity subject-subject interaction; organizer of subject-subject interaction. Leading the activity forms the context for the development of a subject position: the first stage – communication, the second – the training, the third and fourth – educational and cognitive activity; the fifth – professional activity. Individual development path provides giving students the right to choose in all the activities at all stages of formation of a subject position.
