Abstract
The author examines the role of the academic integrity as part of the university community leadership potential and meaningful content on the formation of the leadership competencies concept of students. It was determined attitude to the manifestations of academic dishonesty among students of specialty "Pre-school education" and "Physical education", who were studying on the qualification level of "junior specialist". The article deals with the negative impact of violations of the academic integrity principles in the educational activities on the formation leadership partners in the process. The European experience of academic integrity in the development leadership competencies of students and young researchers is seen to be as an example for our national education system to overcome cases of academic dishonesty. The social foundations changes of Ukrainian education system accompanied by the modernization. The main modernization platform is developing a creative, educated student, who has leadership qualities and competencies. At present time, Ukraine needs in skilled professionals, who provide effective professional activity. Professional experience is combined with a fair ownership not only professional skills, but also complex managerial and leadership skills. The article outlines the concept of leadership as the management implementation organized by the university, which is the embodiment of the combined personality participants in the educational process and real actions. Leadership qualities are manifested in the ability to influence both individual students and the entire student groups, students strive to achieve a common purpose that means to provide the most effective interaction of all team members.
