Abstract
In the article the problem of linguistic discourse during hustings as many-sided lingual phenomenon is considered from the point of view of cognitive social philosophy and communicative linguistics. It is investigated that during election political actors apply different methods and technology of speech communication to electorate. The most effective facilities of influence and manipulation are set by verbal and unverbal communication.
