Abstract
The article proves the feasibility of implementation of sustainable development principles in terms of environmental responsibility of the companies, the region and the state, which has become of the great importance in the context of the eurointegration cooperation. The purpose of the article is to define the innovative measures in order to implement the concept of “green” economy in conditions of Ukraine’s European integration. It has been determined that it is important to develop effective mechanisms of regulation and state stimulation of innovation in environmental management in a decentralized environment. The article also studies the Programme to Support Green Modernisation of the Ukrainian Economy, taking into account environmental aspects, which was introduced by German Organization of International Cooperation GIZ. The article proves the necessity of introduction of innovative technologies and implementation of energy efficiency measures at the municipal level. The findings provide the main directions of state and regional policy of Ukraine as for economic integration in the context of sustainable development; it is also proposed to implement the mechanisms to deepen cooperation through the introduction of ecological technology innovation.
