Abstract
The current state of health of student youth is justified concern of the society, because more than 50% freshmen of Ukrainian universities have chronic non-infectious diseases diseases that impair the quality of life and the adaptation of to the conditions and requirements of education. The latest state policy in the field of education and protection health is undergoing permanent organizational and informational "Innovations", the result of which, unfortunately, is the destruction of the system Existing physical education, against the background of dangerous growth Hypodynamia and intensity of mental load on- students' learning process.
