Abstract
The theory and practice of training specialists in the educational environment of the university college have been analyzed. The system of management of professional training of specialists at the university college based on the environmental approach, model of its realization and criteria of efficiency evaluation is offered. The phenomenal features of the educational environment of a higher educational institution as a factor of training of specialists are revealed. The basic provisions of the environmental approach in higher education are formulated. Characterized by the peculiarities of professional training in colleges and the educational mission of university complexes. With the aim of introducing into the national practice of the best world experience, the review of foreign experience of providing training of specialists in colleges is made on the example of colleges in the USA. It is recommended for scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, managers of education, doctorates, students, all those who aspire to contribute to the modernization of education.
