Abstract
The specificity of the inconsistency between the level of social development (in particular, such social sciences as science, technology and technology, economy, production, spiritual life) and educational complex are considered. The attention is paid to the fact that in the modern information society, the process of professional training is important without the taking into account the value orientations of the subject, since a person is a complex system that constantly carries out a value choice. It is proved that a modern specialist is a person in which the combination of both high qualification, virtuoso possession of technique, and social responsibility, universal human values and clear value orientations should be presented in a harmonious manner. Without the latter in the conditions of real interaction with the world, it is impossible for a person to clearly formulate the goals of any activity, to make the right social choice and to realize the responsibility for his own actions.
