Abstract
In the article the studies of bachelors are considered in the leading countries of the world − Great Britain, Sweden, Germany, USA and Japan. It is shown that higher educational establishments in these countries offer the bachelor programs, that, usually, have two methods of organization of educational process: module and semester, each of that has the features and advantages; it is set that maintenance of studies is oriented on the modern requirements of labour-market and personality necessities of students; considered the forms of organization of studies of bachelors (lectures, seminars, practical employments, individual and collective projects, independent work) and interactive and problem methods of studies, application ІКТ technologies in the process of studies; analysed practical preparation, that provides scientific research, planning, internship on enterprises and organizations of the country and abroad; it is shown that a student can study in a summer pore that considerably accelerates the process of studies; the prelude of higher educational establishment is possible during a school year; the role of teacher is taken to the assistant of students in studies; it is set that organization of studies of bachelors in the leading countries of the world is effective, practically directed and can be taken into account in the universities of Ukraine.
