Abstract
Over the past years, in the domestic community among scholars, educators, and teachers there is a complete understanding of the need for the formation of a pedagogical culture. The realities of today are that there is a need to provide a higher and secondary school with well trained, professionally competent personnel who would have a high level of education, parenting and craftsmanship. Gradually, education focuses on the development and self-realization of all participants in the educational process, including future teachers. Requirements for the development of a qualified specialist in the state and world context are increasing.
