Abstract
The article presents the definition ofthe concept and the model of the motivational sphere of the personality as theoretica/ prerequisites for developing а рюgтат of empirical research of this phenomenon. The empirical indicators studied are: emotional orientation; adaptahility, personal anxiety, organization, perfectionism; educational motivation (scales «getting knowledge», «mastering the profession», «getting а dip/oma»); control localization, achievement motivation (success orientation, fear of failure), value orientations. The analysis revealed а strong direct con·elation between the overall level of educational motivation and the level of motivation for obtaining knowledge, mastering the profession and obtaining а dip/oma. The presence of а direct moderate correlation is revealed between the level of adaptahility and the level of organization,· between the level of adaptahility and success 01·ientation; between the level of general perfectionism and success orientation,· between the level of organization and the success orientation; between the level of internality of the contтol locus and the general level of educational motivation. А modeтate inverse correlation was found between the level of adaptahility and the level of personal anxiety. А direct weak correlation was found between the Zevel of the control /ocus and the level of personal anxiety; between the general /evel of educational motivation and the level of organization. Other correlations, most of which are significant, do not indicate а connection between the indicators of the motivational sphere among themselves, since they fall into а zone of very weak correlation.
