Abstract
The peculiarities of the preparation of the elementary school teacher for speech-rhetorical activity are revealed. The general-pedagogical and specific principles of teacher training for rhetorical activity, didactic conditions, innovative organizational forms and teaching methods are defined and characterized. The developed and tested parameters and criteria for assessing the level of formation of the speech-rhetorical activity of the future teacher are presented. The necessity of rhetoric of the educational process, the subject, the study task in elementary school is substantiated.
