Abstract
Bank cards are financial instruments of a modern economy and comfortable payments and day-and-night access to money is a hallmark of the development of the financial market in a country. In article we provide a macroeconomic perspective the bank cards market of the financial sector in Poland and Ukraine. Main our conclusion is that the conditions of these markets are similar and Ukrainian bank cards market while improving has not yet reach its potential in comparison with Poland.
