Abstract

The study reveals the essence of the interpretation of «culture» phenomenon, «corporative culture» in terms of philosophy, psychology, pedagogy, sociology, cultural studies. The essence and peculiarities of corporative culture and its influence on the student's personality disclosed. Modern approaches to the definition of the concept of «corporative culture» obtained. The essential characteristics of the corporative culture of the university functions presented. The value-normative, organizational, communication, social, psychological, symbolic and character, as well as externally-identification component of the corporative culture revealed. Specific features, as well as factors of influence on the formation of a corporative culture of students disclosed.
