Abstract
The manual reveals the content and concept of banking law, the banking system of Ukraine and the place of the National Bank of Ukraine in it, analyzed banking legislation. The issues of banking legal relations are considered, in particular, their features, subjects and objects are defined. The current issues of banking regulation and supervision in Ukraine, the legal basis of financial monitoring and the protection of bank secrecy are investigated. The legal basis for monetary circulation and settlements, the regulation of non-cash settlements in Ukraine, the legal regulation of bank lending, and deposit services have been determined. The manual is supplemented with test questions, recommended literature. The manual is recommended for university students, graduate students, applicants and all those who are interested in banking law
