Abstract

The problem of Preschool teacher’s professional competency formation in USA and Germany is analyzed in the article. Different approaches to the process of professional teaches’ preparation organization are analysed by the author; components of future preschool teachers’ professional competency that proved by American and German scientists are distinguished in the issue; conditions of creative self-realization in the process of professional activity are argued in the given article
