Abstract
The article is devoted to scientific research of professional interaction problem in psycho-pedagogical theory and practice by various Ukrainian and foreign scholars. It concerns the training of specialists such sociological occupations as teacher, doctor, lawyer, social worker, manager, specialist in public relations. It was found that those professions where you can not achieve great results, capturing only the knowledge of the specialty, because the structure of readiness for professional interaction covers different skills, abilities and personal qualities. Exactly they, being an external expression of the activity, are significant indicators of success in professional activity of specialists in the field of "human-human".
