The research deals with the analysis of effective strategies for forming sociocultural competence of college students with help of contextual learning. Sociocultural changes in the process of eurointegration predetermine establishment of new type of intercultural relations. For future specialists new possibilities and prospects of collaboration with foreign countries appear, that envisages expansion of penetration into the foreign culture, development the dialogue of cultures, cooperation between people and understanding other cultural values. That is why the problem of sociocultural competence formation among specialists is actual to the current stage of development of Ukrainian society. Any industry requires competent, mobile and competitive professionals who are able to work and can actively interact in a team, who are able to take responsibility for the decision and results of their own work, operate in a multicultural space for effective socialization and communication with representatives of different cultures and peoples. This technology iD represented by non-imitative (lectures of contextual type), simulation games (business game of context orientation) and simulation non-game (analysis of ьsociocultural situations and solving sociocultural problems of contextual orientation) organizational forms of learning context-type.
