Abstract
The moral meaning of a pedagogical area requires a teacher of high general culture, a broad outlook, and ethical maturity. By affirming the ideals of goodness and justice, honor, mercy and love, he humanizes the inner world of a child and highlights interpersonal and group relationships on a high moral level. However, the potential of pedagogical ethics is not always fully realized. Focus on the importance of using its achievements, the formation of the necessary knowledge for this will help the proposed tutorial. It highlights the essence and significance of the professional ethics of the teacher as determinants of his relationship with the participants in the educational process, the moral principles of the pedagogical profession. It also discusses the problems of developing ethics as the basis for professional improvement and conditions for the disclosure of the teacher's creative potential in the context of modern education.
