Abstract
The article tells about the difficulties faced by young teachers in the early stages of professional activity. Served results of empirical studies that confirm the lack of willingness of yesterday's graduates for teaching activities, unwillingness to vybudovy relationships not only with children but also with parents of students, there are specific ways to enhance adaptability.
