Abstract
In the article some aspects of the future masters' professional training for the management of the innovative activity of the institution of pre-school education are identified. The concept of management of the innovative activity of the institution of preschool education is defined. The direct influence on the process of professional training for future masters has the innovative potential of the personality of the masters and the innovative potential of the higher education institution. The content, forms and methods of organization of scientific work in the institution of higher education and the form of the involvement of masters in scientific activity during the study are revealed. The stature, specificity, significance of innovations and innovative activity of pedagogical collective activity of the institution of education in market conditions are substantiated. The problems of orgazing innovation activity and its implementation are highlighted. The requirements for the modern head of the institution of preschool education and formation of the content of the preparation of future masters for the management of the innovative activity of the institution of preschool education are substantiated.
