Abstract
The thesis deals with the problem solution of the specialist’s becoming in the conditions of the diverging influence of the universe and the science opinion is carried out. The specifics of the professional becoming as the primary stage of professional genesis of personality were analyzed, which highly develops while it’s professional training. The examination introduces that receiving higher education is sensitive for specialist’s personal becoming as a polyfactor process influenced by a foreign social feature rather the global universe as well as personal psychophysical efforts – individual universe. The universe influence has diverging features that involves specialist’s personal becoming contrariety. On the basis of theoretical research the model of specialist’s personal becoming is formed and the exploring conception is presented. The specialist’s personal becoming is described by progressive changes in the individual structure and the development of its subjective features. The main goal of modern specialist’s training is the formation of cross functional personal qualities, which provide its readiness for professional career in complex, dynamic socio-economic conditions. The empirical study of the specificity of the future specialist’s personal becoming structure in the socionomic sphere reveals the problems of external and internal inconsistency of the target, resource components and the self-concept. The most influential factor of the future specialist’s personal becoming is external promoting either some internal factors, such as the professional development motivation and reflection. The standard crisis of professional identification for students getting their master’s degree has been recorded. The model of specialist’s personal becoming harmonization in the conditions of the professional training was created, which was the background of the molding experiment. The effectiveness of reflexive and designed education introducing as an educational technology is proved, which provides the students’ readiness and ability to systematical evaluation of their own personal and professional becoming, the ability to create, realize and correct the project of their own professional self-realization.
