Abstract
The problem of academic ethics adherence is a cornerstone of Ukrainian higher education, science and arts, especially during the period of moving to the European educational space. Nowadays, the number of educational institutions is rapidly increasing, new types of universities are being formed, and, as a result, there is a need to strike a balance between the activities of universities for the benefit of society and their entrepreneurship, between preserving traditions and adopting innovations dictated by reforms in our country. Academic honesty is a multidisciplinary phenomenon present in every aspect of the life of a higher education
