Abstract
The article considers the motivational orientations of future specialists in special education as a component of their professional and personal readiness for professional activity in an inclusive environment. Describes the methodology - Test of motivational research - which was used in the research process; the authors of the Motivational Orientation Test: Laura Borgoni, Laura Petita, Claudio Barbanelli, adaptation for Ukraine was made by Leonid Burlachuk and Christina Rakhubovskaya. The results of the study are highlighted on four scales: achievement orientation, novelty orientation, leadership orientation, relationship orientation. It is found that the prevailing level of motivational orientation formation on all scales is average. Based on research by the European Agency for Special and Inclusive Education within the Teacher Education for Inclusion project (2009-2012), it is foreseen that future special educators will ensure their successful professional work in a high level of motivational focus on relationships and on achieving results should be formed in an inclusive environment
