Abstract
The article analyzes the dominant pedagogical positions of literary creativity of Boris Grinchenko for children, establishes parallels between the pedagogical and literary heritage, between the priorities of that time and the problems of modern preschool education. The deep content of his works is revealed for the formation of personality in preschool childhood, development of orientation to the moral norms of life, spiritual growth of the child in society, among nature. Developmental influence is distinguished through the native word, which is conditioned by the principle of nature compliance.
