Abstract
The publication is devoted to the organization of an inclusive educational environment, many researchers call it the "third teacher" after parents and teachers. When it comes to organizing the educational environment, many immediately start thinking about furniture, toys, equipment. However, in addition to the physical environment, the social environment is equally important. And this is the quality of the interaction between the teacher and the children, parents, the interaction between the children themselves, and how the educational environment contributes to the formation of relevant values, a sense of responsibility, respect for diversity. That is why the publication focuses not only on the organization of the physical environment, but also on strategies for the formation of high-quality social interaction, based on respect for each participant in the educational process.
