Анотація
The Article is devoted to the theoretical and practical purposes of creating Model of Interrelations between the Participants of the Process of Pedagogical orientation on the base of Modern Communication Technologies. Target audience is identified as Generation Z born and grow in the society, where digital and communication technologies develop with the highest speed and diversity. The author explains the use of business and marketing technologies in pedagogical communication with the progress achieved by the target audience that influences other participants of the Process of Pedagogical orientation. This Model reflects previous studies of the author in managing the process of Pedagogical orientation with the difference in active participants of it. Student’s Internship in secondary educational institutions showed that this generation is the closest to the target audience and is able to influence its opinion much better than other participants of the above-mentioned process and evaluate the use of new technologies in communication with target audience speaking one and the same language. Being progressive as target audience, students are able to organize formal and informal events online, ask for the audience’s opinion about strategies of managerial team using different Google products and provide webinars as one of the educational forms of communication. One of the most raised questions today is the use of the most progressive technologies in educational process and perspectives of Gen Z personalized studies with the use of digital communication and quick changes of apps; their low socializing face-to-face but, contradictory high level of virtual communication within different social networks. Students are able to organize professional educational discourse with the use of different communication technologies by the demands of Gen Z, help other members of the process of Pedagogical orientation to communicate right educational topics and share positive pedagogical experience. Moreover, the participants of the process of Pedagogical orientation are able to elaborate special linguistic patterns to persuade target audience (students of secondary schools) to get the interest in further career of educators or teachers.
