Abstract
In the article the model of public-active school, which includes three components: democratization, volunteering, mutually beneficial partnership between the school and community. The analysis component of the "democratization of schools" democratization of learning activities, the democratization of the educational process, the democratization of governance. Analyzed core component of "volunteering" concepts "volunteer" and volunteer action and component "mutually beneficial partnership between the school and the community."
