Abstract
This paper presents a set of index inclusion as a practical material the use of which contributes to the development of educational institutions towards inclusion. Analysis of the development strategy of inclusion of the institution not just as the sum of any proposals to conduct additional school activities and initiatives in relation to pupils with special educational needs, it reveals the ways of the positive changes in the institution according to the inclusive values.
