Abstract

The article reveals the essence of White Lab's educational technology (WhiteLab) by Tatiana Meyer on the basis of distinguishing teaching, management and learning as components of the learner's multifunctional activity and the learners' activities. Visualization of the author's work served as an appeal to the physical phenomenon (formation under certain conditions of white color by a combination of red, green and blue light streams) and psycho-physiological (human perception of colors). The latter was the basis for matching colors and didactic categories such as: learning process (white), teaching (red), management (blue), learning (green). Emphasis on the shades of these colors is designed to highlight the "optimality" for the characteristics of teaching and management in the activities of the learner and learning as a component of the activities of learners. The peculiarities of teaching, management and learning are revealed in the context of modern innovative developments of scientists.
