Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of some topical issues of organization and carrying out of pedagogical practice in the system of professional training of future specialists of institutions of preschool education in the aspect of formation of its professional culture and competence. The article covers and theoretically substantiates the problem of disclosing the theoretical foundations of the importance of the problem of enhancing the role of pedagogical practice in the professional formation of future specialists of pre-school institutions. The basic concepts of the problem «pedagogical practice», «the main purpose of pedagogical practice» are revealed. Pedagogical practice as an organic part of the educational process, provides a combination of theoretical training of students − future preschool teachers with their practical activity, is one of the means of successful preparation of students for professional and pedagogical activity. It gives the opportunity to fully understand the laws and principles of training and education, to master professional skills, skills, practical experience. Types of pedagogical practices are described and the purpose for each species is presented. The prospects of pedagogical practice of students in connection with the reform of higher education in Ukraine are determined. Our modern Ukrainian youth should be prepared to fulfill specific functions in pre-school education, and this requires innovative methods in the modern activity of higher education requires a rethinking of goals, content, functions and tasks of future preschool teachers in higher education institutions of Ukraine. In the course of practice, students' theoretical knowledge is deepened, expanded and strengthened, their pedagogical skills and skills and professional-personal qualities are formed, pedagogical thinking, creative activity and independence develop. Teachers and students face the challenge of maximizing the use of pedagogical practice in improving the preparation of future educators for independent pedagogical activity.
