Abstract
The issues of continuity and semantic interaction of preschool and primary education programs through the personality of the teacher, his value approaches are considered. The conditions for creating a new model of organization of pedagogical activity are outlined. The place and role of the subject component and age capabilities of the child in its comprehension are defined.
