Анотація
In this article considered formation process of positive image of the teacher in the process of professional training. Revealed essence of the concept “teacher image” as a component of personal and professional development of the future specialist. Determined, that positive professional teacher image characterized by individual style and success in professional pedagogical activity and combines formation of personal and professional characteristics and their external manifestations while performing work functions. Done scientific search of effective approaches regarding the formation of positive teacher image in students of pedagogical specialties. Found out, that positive teacher image begins forming long time before starting of work functions and must be implemented in the educational process of higher education. Presented results of an empirical study of the readiness of students of specialties “Pre-school education” and “Primary education” for formation positive teacher image as a component of personal and professional development. Singled out pedagogical conditions of successful formation of positive teacher image in the process of educational and extracurricular activities of students in higher education institution. Which include: development of students motivation, personal and professional focus on creating own positive teacher image; providing content of educational process of higher education institution tasks of formation of positive professional image of future teachers, that provide thorough and systematic knowledge about essence and structure of pedagogical image and ways of its construction, development and correction; activation of students cognitive activity, which provides activity in the process of formation own image, mastering the skills of self-knowledge, self-improvement and projection of positive teacher image. Revealed experience of realization certain pedagogical conditions and presented the content of the work “Workshops of a young teacher”.
