Abstract

The article investigates the role of game exercises in the process of formation of motor function of children of the third year of life. Based on the analysis of theoretical sources and experimental data, ways to improve the content of game exercises for the formation of children's motor skills are revealed. It was found that the quality of children's learning of movements is influenced by the method of playing exercises. It is proved that the systematic use of game exercises at different stages of formation of motor skills and abilities of preschoolers will provide a sufficient level of their physical fitness, general positive and vigorous state.
