Abstract
The state of solving one of the urgent problems of the educational policy of foreign powers - namely with the merits of chewing key competencies of the individual specialist in the native language and literature. Were interpreted most significant approaches to foreign researchers to structure professional profile specialist positions competency -based approach using relevant terms. Presents its own position on the professional profile of teachers , language and literature , based on research and analysis of positive foreign experience. A special role is given to professional competence , covering some structural components.
