Abstract
The monograph is devoted to the study of current theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation of the provision and use of international technical assistance in based on the analysis of a wide range of international legal documents, shows the development of international legal relations between donor countries, recipient countries and international organizations. Theoretical and methodological features of international law are considered in the field of providing and using international technical assistance. Theoretical researches are investigated and practical issues related to the implementation of international agreements in the field of providing and use of international technical assistance in the legislation of Ukraine. The book is designed for scientists, teachers, graduate students, students international law and international relations.
