Abstract
The article analyzes state regulation the construction industry market, in particular, the market problems new buildings in Kiev, determination of measures and methods for improvement of the sphere of urban planning. The role of government authorities in the preparation of the construction segment. It has been found to be actually consistent, balanced and comprehensive development of state regulation mechanisms for the market for the construction of new buildings.
