Abstract

1The article substantiates that project management is a separately developed area of ​​management with its own methodology, professional knowledge, methods and tools. It has been established that for the successful implementation of any project, it is necessary to build an effective remuneration system. The options for the successful implementation of the project are disclosed and several methods of the salary system in the form of incentives are highlighted.
