Abstract

In this article considered problem of quality of professional training. Emphasized on the importance of formation of skills of the XXI century in future teachers to ensure quality pedagogical education. Given results of theoretical study of regulatory documents in the field of higher education in Ukraine and foreign works regarding to the formation of general and professional competencies of future teachers. In result of scientific research singled out skills, that provide development of specified competencies. That is: critical thinking, digital skills, cooperation skills. Given results of research regarding of quality assurance of teacher professional training by forming skills of XXI century. Studied state of the problem in the practice of training preschool teachers and primary education, content of current professional standards, European Reference Framework on Key Competences for lifelong learning. Summarized student survey results of 1-4 courses of specialties and teachers-practitioners regarding to their definition of required skills and abilities for modern teacher. Presented results of diagnostics of formation digital skills, cooperation skills and critical thinking of students of first course of Pedagogical Institute of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. According to the selected criteria of personal and professional self-development of the teacher (value motivational, cognitive, activity), defined levels (basic, medium and high) and indicators of formation/ Defined levels of their formation: base (digital skills - 28 people, critical thinking - 52 people, cooperation skills - 23 people); medium (digital skills - 29 people, critical thinking - 24 people, cooperation skills - 34 people); high (digital skills - 21 people, critical thinking - 2 people, cooperation skills - 21 people). The results of studying the levels of skills of XXI century of future elementary and pre-school teachers are summarized and the necessity of purposeful and systematic work on their formation is proved. In scientific intelligence disclosed practical experience of development and implementation of content-methodological ensuring of skills formation students of pedagogical specialties in a higher education institution.
