Abstract

In the article there have been grounded split-level methodological basis and conceptual means of professional training of future teacher to organization of subject-subjective interaction with pupils. There have been done logical and semantic, psychological and pedagogical analysis of the notion “subject-subjective interaction”, forms and levels of pedagogical interaction have been defined. There have been projected the system of training of future teacher to organization of subject-subjective interaction with pupils which realize personality meaning filling the content of professional pedagogical training and consists of purpose prognostic, projective, constructive, communicative,organizational, evaluative and corrective components. There have been proved the effectively of designed technology of realization of the system represented by the unity of conceptual, content and procedural components oriented on the providing the dialogue on different levels of interaction in professional oriented environment of HEE, phased forming of subjective position of future teacher in measurement of right of choice of individual trajectory of the development; using texts as a mean of problematization of the content of training of future teacher; providing in the program of pedagogical practice tasks of researching reflective character.
