Abstract

The article considers and analyzes some opinions and views of scholars, lawyers and economists on the role and place of regulatory legal acts relating to various aspects of certain spheres of public life and implementing international legal norms. Traditionally, the issue of unification of state influence on various social relations (including in the field of economics and entrepreneurship), the development of its various aspects is devoted at certain times to the work of legal scholars and economists. But the application of international legal acts in this area is studied only in fragments, even in the works of such well-known domestic scholars lawyers as L.K. Voronova, O.A. Zhuravsky, T.O. Kolomoyets, O.P. Ryabchenko, N. O. Saniakhmetova, O. Kh. Yuldashev and some others. In this context, attention is paid to the question of determining the role of the state in regulating social relations in certain areas of the economy and entrepreneurship, in certain areas of public life and so on. It is noted that the content of any type of state registration should be, on the one hand, the protection of citizens' rights, and on the other - the security of society and the state. The main purpose of each type of state registration is: the need for the competent state authorities to record and identify business entities, various objects belonging to these entities, with the subsequent implementation of the necessary control and supervision activities. This is achieved both through exclusively domestic regulations, and in some cases with the use of international law and so on. Summarizing the analyzed international and domestic sources on the outlined issues, we propose our own definition of "security", namely: security is a state of protection of man and citizen, society and the state from any sources of danger and its threats, taking into account dangerous economic activities (business or industrial or another) Taking into account the analysis, other own opinions are expressed on the outlined issues.
