Abstract

The manual was developed within the framework of the project "Training of Volunteer Program Managers for a Systemic Professional Approach to Working with Volunteers in Eastern Ukraine", implemented with the support of the United Nations Peacebuilding and Reconstruction Program implemented by four UN agencies: UNDP, UNDP Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment (UN Women), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The guide is supported by twelve international partners: the European Union (EU), the European Investment Bank (EIB), as well as the governments of the United Kingdom, Denmark, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden and Japan. The manual was developed in collaboration with Borys Hrinchenko University of Kyiv and is intended for all stakeholders who plan to train volunteer program coordinators.
